Q-Q-C (;
A quote from the book I'm reading Finishing Touches by Deanna Kizis is "isn't it weird when the grown-ups become the kids and the kids become the grown-ups?" this quote strikes me because well first of all when I read it, it didn't make sense then I started to think about it. How can kids seem to be the adults if they aren't well mannered like grown-ups? Adults seem to be different in front of people too, with their friends and family they'e mostly themselves but with strangers I guess they seem to want to be someone their not and try to impress them. When I think of this quote it makes me think of super bowl sunday or really just football sunday. I know it sounds funny but when football is playing mostly the adults scream and yell at the television. All the kids just seem to not get why. I just seem to see the score and go back to whatever I'm doing. It gets annoying when my dad yells, but then I know which teams makes a touchdown. The joy of hearing my dad scream for 3 hours straight.
