A quote that kind of shocked me in a way was "It was going to be one of those days" I don't know why but it kind of made me think of what one of those days meant. Does it mean one of those happy chill back relax days, or that one day where you dread it and wish it was already over ? How many of one of those days do you have ? I' guess I've had "one of those days" where the day never seems to go fast enough and I want it to end so soon. This book is more depressive than I thought, a girl loses her best friend and her best friends husband is a widow and now the girls falling for him D: how sad, she's having second thoughts about this widower. POBRE ! Her life is more dull than before since she passed away.
